How can I withdraw coins?
A - Bank and account number must be registered in member information.
- You need to upload the bankbook copy and ID card of the bank registered in the membership information from My Page's member modification.

How can I deposit coins?
A - We need to apply for a deposit in won and two deposits into a registered account.

  • 1. The identification card review will take about 2~3 days after the submission of the documents.
  • 2. Coin withdrawals will be withdrawn 24 hours after filing a withdrawal application to prevent damage to financial fraud.
    (Excluding weekends and holidays)
